Voters in the villages of Cayuga Heights, Dryden, Groton and Trumansburg will elect mayors and trustees this month. Here’s the countdown calendar to Election Day, as compiled by the Tompkins County Board of Elections (BoE):
- March 6: Last day for BoE to receive applications for absentee ballots that will be mailed to voters
- March 10: Last day for voters to register with the BoE to vote in March elections
- March 20: Last day to personally deliver applications for absentee ballots to BoE
- March 21: Election Day: Polls open noon until 9:00 p.m.
Elections in the Village of Lansing will be held April 25, and in the towns and City of Ithaca on November 7.
